1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Blue Sapphire, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Reservations and Cancellations
All reservations are subject to availability. Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate type and season. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details regarding your stay.
3. Guest Conduct
We strive to provide a serene and respectful environment for all guests. Any behavior that disrupts the peace or safety of our resort may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
4. Liability
Blue Sapphire is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay, except where required by law. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safes for valuables.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
